Caitlyn is a Maine native after graduating from Gorham in 2006 she went onto study business at Husson university in Bangor, knowing all along learning the art of color theory on hair was her passion. She originally attended spa tech in 2009 and eventually went on to graduate from Cosmotech.

After graduating Caitlyn continued education attending classes in Boston, New York & Florida along with many online courses.

Caitlyn has a strong interest in blondes, balayage & lived in hair. As she’s a Master Colorist, her best description of hair she cREATES would be “California Blonde”, effortless, natural & soft. Caitlyn is also certified in multiple extensions methods and has been providing extension services since 2015.

Caitlyn opened Blonde & Co in April 2023 with the intent on curating a space that was an extension of her home that allows stylists to be independent while having support and an encouraging environment.

When Caitlyn isn’t behind the chair and mastering her craft you can find her at the gym, trying new recipes, listening to podcasts, spending time with her three dogs and traveling with her fiancé, Jason.
